Hi, this is our very first post. This blog will be used to document our learning processes about this subject called Introduction to Knowledge Management. In our first class we were given an overview about this subject.
What caught my interests most were the facts about tacit and explicit knowledge... They're differences and how they're so transferable between one another.

P.S. Expectations: We hope to learn more about managing knowledge in order to create an environment for proper knowledge storage/dissemination, as well as how to continue to pass down these skills.
